JOHNNY NELSON MBE
Johnny is one of British boxing's most respected and recognisable figures. A former WBO Cruiserweight World Champion, he understands first-hand the opportunities professional boxing can create - and the financial challenges fighters can face during and after their careers.
Since retiring from the ring, Johnny has remained at the heart of the sport as a broadcaster, commentator and advocate for fighters, giving him a unique perspective across generations of professional boxing.
His ambition for BSS is to help today's fighters save while they earn, understand their money and build something meaningful for life beyond the ring.

Advisory BoardGareth brings significant experience across professional sport, law, governance and player representation to BSS.
He is CEO of the Union of European Clubs, Chair of the Players Foundation and a Solicitor at Glaisyers, giving him a unique perspective on the structures, organisations and support systems that sit around professional athletes.
At BSS, Gareth helps shape the governance, partnerships and long-term strategy required to build a credible and sustainable initiative for professional boxing.

At 21, she became the UK's only licensed female boxing agent, working with world champion Chris Eubank Snr and managing 22 championship fights. She went on to build and exit businesses, serve as Co-CEO of a $150 million technology investment fund and become a five-time number-one bestselling business author.
Awarded an MBE for services to business and entrepreneurship, Sháá brings commercial thinking, entrepreneurial experience and a deep understanding of boxing to BSS.
